1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ARE CREATIVE HUB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), including but not limited to StoryWeaver and other products (hereinafter "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides AI-powered creative tools and content generation services. Our Services include StoryWeaver (an AI text RPG platform) and other products that may be introduced in the future.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use the Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. The Company reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the AI engine, software, design, and trademarks, are owned by the Company. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
