ARE CREATIVE HUB publishes the following information about personal-data processing on creativehub.life. Privacy inquiries: contact@vlox.ai.

Email inquiries
The site has no inquiry form or inquiry database and does not collect, transmit, or store inquiry content. The email link only opens the visitor’s mail app.
If the visitor chooses Send in their mail app, the team mailbox uses the sender address, subject, body, email metadata, and any attachment the visitor voluntarily adds to reply and follow up.
Sending email is optional. If the visitor does not send, inquiry personal data is not delivered to ARE CREATIVE HUB.
Retention and deletion
Team-mailbox inquiry records are kept only until the response and necessary follow-up end, then deleted without undue delay. Records required by law are stored separately for the required period.
Electronic records are deleted from the mailbox and related storage so they are not readily recoverable. Google states that system completion after customer deletion may take up to 180 days.
Processors
Google LLC and its published subprocessors handle team-email receipt and storage. Cloudflare, Inc. handles hosting, security, and cookieless web analytics when enabled.
Overseas transfers
The following overseas processing may occur during site use and email transmission chosen by the visitor.
You may refuse the email transfer by not sending the message; the inquiry is then not delivered. You may refuse Cloudflare site-delivery and security processing by not accessing the site; the site is then unavailable.

Google LLC and published subprocessors (processing countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States) receive the sender address, subject, body, metadata, and voluntarily added attachments through the sender’s email provider for team receipt, reply, and follow-up. Transport encryption depends on participating mail providers; system completion may take up to 180 days after team deletion.
Cloudflare, Inc. and listed group subprocessors (United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Portugal, France, Japan, Canada, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, India, South Korea, Mexico, Malaysia, Sweden, and Switzerland) process site delivery, security, and performance. Personal data is retained until agreement expiry/termination or when no longer necessary to provide the service, whichever is earlier; Web Analytics keeps unsampled data 7 days and aggregated sampled data up to 6 months.
Analytics and language
creativehub.life uses cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics through Automatic setup. The source and Preview hosts contain no separate analytics beacon.
Language choice is stored in the browser under localStorage:creativehub-locale and is not sent to a server.
Rights and safeguards
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction at contact@vlox.ai. Requests are handled without undue delay after identity verification; legal limits will be explained.
The site uses HTTPS and data minimization, and follows the disclosed deletion procedure after inquiry handling. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in email.

Changes
